You’ve heard about our Party Wall Plan Check Service, Home Heroes Limited are proud to offer a service where anyone undertaking, designing, building or living in a property within Kent can ask us to review the information provided to us and advise on the likeliness of the need to serve notices under the Party Wall Etc Act 1996 and what those notices should be. This service is totally FREE as long as the property is in Kent.
We are also working on a Party Wall Notice Generator which will allow you to generate the notices for a small fee yourself ready to serve and for builders, designers and architects we are working on cross branded versions of the generator which nominate Home Heroes Limited Surveyors as the Party Wall surveyors in the event of dispute and these will be Free advertised as sponsored by the Builder/Architect in question.
To get your free Party Wall plan check we need you to fill out the below form answering every question about the proposed work and selecting any that apply we would also like PDF copies of the building plans and mock-up and the proposed development address so we can check the surrounding location using google street view / Google Earth

A few weeks ago I phoned Nathan for some advice. With this I was able to serve my own party wall notices and my neighbour agreed. He was really helpful, no pushy sales man like behaviour and even looked at the plans and checked I was right. I will be back when we move to order a survey for our new property.
