About your local Building Surveyor

Our Director/ Principal Surveyor Nathan Foley is a degree-qualified building surveyor with over 20 years of construction experience. Starting out as a plumbing and heating engineer and then moved on to construction and building surveying.

Having worked within the construction industry covering a number of different disciplines including project management and contract management. So, This wealth of experience working at all levels of the construction industry is backed up by educational standards including a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and an NCRQ health and Saftey Diploma, in addition, he has also achieved the following technical levels of recognition.

RICS Certified Historic Building Professional
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) – Chartered Building Surveyor
Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB)
Chartered Building Engineer (MCABE C.Build.E)
Graduate Member of IOSH (GradIOSH)
Member of Chartered Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCinsitCES) – Commercial (QS)
Member Chartered Insitute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering (MCIPHE)
Member Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET)

In addition, he was also a gas-safe registered Commerical, Domestic & LPG qualified engineer.

Nathan has a wealth of experience working with Scheduled and Listed properties the requirements of working on such properties as well as the requirements for any repair specification. Project management and defect analysis/building pathology
